In the unlikely case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will do our very best to accommodate a replacement product or credit refund.

  • You have (14) days from the delivery date to request and dispatch a return.

  • Please email sales@atonement.co.za

  • You'll need your order number and the same email address you used to place the order.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is on you.

  • If your return is post stamped outside the return window, you are only eligible for a store credit.

We cannot accept the returned product an cannot give a refund if:

  • The product(s) is worn, used, damaged, or not in its original packaging. All goods will be inspected to ensure that they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

  • If the complete order is not returned.

  • The return is logged after the stated fourteen (14) day period from date of purchase.
